What does the Your Creative Connection logo signify?

The circle represents being inclusive, whole, and united. The number 8 symbolizes balance and harmony. The butterfly is symbolic of transformation, moving through life cycles, lightness of being, and the world of the soul. A gathering of butterflies is referred to as a kaleidoscope. Kaleidoscopes supply the viewer with an expanded, colorful way of seeing the world around them. The color wheel is a reminder of the infinite possibilities when we combine basic elements in different ways. We seek to offer events that provide a truly enriching experience in all of these areas.

What is included with registration?

For each of our thoughtfully curated events, virtually everything you need is included. At one-day/single session events this will cover snacks, beverages, and all necessary supplies. For multiple day events, we will indicate the meals provided— all of your creative materials are furnished. We encourage you to bring your favorite, must-have art supplies, but everything you'll need to fully participate in each of our Creative Adventures is included in the Retreat Fee.

What about food sensitivities?

We ask about food sensitivities at the time of registration and make every effort to ensure that our menus reflect the stated needs of our guests. Please indicate, when you register, any dietary restrictions and/or allergies that we need to be aware of in order to welcome you properly to our creative circle.

Are payment plans available?

The earlier you register, the more options you'll have for breaking up your payments. We provide currently available options on the specific event payment button and/or Registration Form. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the registration deadline?

Available space for each of our Creative Adventures is based on the venue. Specific information about registration can be found on the individual event page (under Our Events). Once an event is full, the Registration Form link will be disabled and no further registrations will be accepted.

May I bring a friend?

Yes. The more the merrier! Please encourage your friend to sign up for our newsletter so that she will be ‘in the know’. If you two wish to share accommodations, both of you should indicate this when we provide the venue layout.

Do you have a waiting list?

Once an event is full, we will start a Wait List. Should a spot become available, we will contact individuals from the list in the order in which they were added.

Accessibility?

We make every effort to ensure that our events are readily accessible for everyone. For example, the venue for Seaside Sessions 2024 is equipped with an elevator. If you require special assistance please let us know when you register — we are always happy to help where needed.
